In 1990, Motorola’s retiring Chairman of the Board, Robert W. Galvin, commissioned Milestones to write a history of the company’s half-century old independent national service organization. Two years and more than sixty oral history interviews later, Critical Connection emerged. Published by Motorola University Press, the book is part of a trilogy devoted to the global electronics giant’s history.
